About Me
I am a PhD student in Bioinformatics at Boston University, currently working in the Siggers Lab. My research focuses on transcriptional regulation, epigenetics, and computational biology approaches to understand gene regulatory mechanisms. With an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering from Noakhali Science and Technology University, Bangladesh, I bring a perspective that combines wet lab expertise with cutting-edge computational approaches.
My work involves developing innovative computational methods to decode transcriptional regulatory networks, with particular emphasis on chromatin accessibility, transcription factor binding, and epigenetic modifications. I am passionate about bridging experimental biology with computational modeling to advance our understanding of gene regulation and its role in human health and disease.
